Pirate Week!

Disco at 6.00pm on Thursday 11 September

Here is a copy of the form you need to complete and hand to the teachers at the door of the disco if you want to drop off your child and collect them later.  
Please print it out and bring it along to save time when you are dropping your child off.  
If you are unable to print it please just write the same information on a piece of paper so you are ready for a quick drop off.
We are looking forward to seeing you tomorrow night.

International Literacy Day

Today is International Literacy Day and we want to say a big thanks to Jack's Mum Laura for coming and reading "The Gruffalo in Scots" to us this morning.

 

We all thoroughly enjoyed hearing this wonderful story with a Scottish twist.  Thank you Mrs Brown!

Our Transport Trip 2014

Room 17 and Room 14 went on an exciting trip as part of our Transport Unit and we had rides on a bus, a train and a boat.

PJ Day!

We had a wonderful day today, playing and learning in our comfy, warm pjs.

YAY! Room 17 won the 'We Care Award' for having the tidiest class!

We were so happy when we won the award for having the tidiest room in the whole school!

Term 2 - Week 4 - School Assembly Certificate

Our Assembly Item

We were all so excited to share our item at assembly with the rest of the school. 

Everyone did an amazing job of reading their writing, showing their art and sharing

the book "Who's in the Zoo?" with the whole school. 

Well done Room 17!  I am so proud of you all :-)

Wonderful Wheels Day

On Wednesday we brought along our favourite 'wonderful wheels.'

 

  

  We remembered our helmets to keep our heads safe and used our great balancing skills around the cones to really enjoy this special fun time! 

 

 

We zoomed around the courts on our scooters with our classmates from Room 17. 

   

 

             

Some of the children brought their scooters, some brought bikes, some brought skateboards and some had shoes with wheels.                      

  

We also had fun on our 'Wonderful Wheels Day' with our brothers and sisters from Room 12 who joined us outside to have fun on our 'wonderful wheels.'
